There are two vision plans right here in Oklahoma that offer outstanding benefits for our patients: Vision Care Direct (VCD) and Primary Vision Care Services (PVCS). These plans allow us to properly and effectively care for your vision by covering routine exams and prescription eye wear.
Either plan can be offered through your employer. They both have individual and family plans that can be purchased as stand-alone policies as well.

For First Time Wearers: Contact lenses have a copay of $50 for soft contact lenses, $75 on rigid or gas permeable lenses, and $150 on hybrid contact lens fittings. Subsequent yearly visits will be $0 copay unless you change the brand of contacts you are in. |
*Wholesale Cost for Frames - PVCS |
Wholesale cost is defined as “cost for the practice to purchase plus shipping and fees”. Patients can save up to 60% off of their frame purchase. Example: Purchase price for the practice, or the “catalog price”, is $39.99. Shipping to the practice is $5.00 + $5.00 in sales tax. The patient wholesale cost of these frames would be $49.99, compared to the $80 retail price. |
